The Department of Urology provides high quality healthcare services to neonates, infants, children and adolescents. It operates as an autonomous unit of the Surgery Sector and comprises:

The Department is run on a daily basis, on appointments scheduled over the phone. For Emergencies management, the Department is in continuous and direct cooperation with the Pediatric Surgery and the Pediatric Clinics, to ensure the optimum diagnostic and therapeutic approach of the urology patient.

Furthermore, the Department conducts scheduled or emergency procedures to manage and treat the entire range of urology procedures which, based on the indications, can be performed either via open surgery or endoscopically with no incisions.
