The treatment of most shoulder conditions is conservative, meaning non-surgical and depends on the type of problem. Invasive treatment depends on the type and severity of the condition.  Shoulder conditions are usually treated with shoulder arthroscopy, where by making 2-3 small skin incisions it is possible to suture the injured tendons.  In the case of shoulder arthritis, it is possible to perform shoulder arthroplasty.
