ENT Department
Surgical SectorOutpatient ΕΝΤ department
This is where clinical examinations are performed on conditions involving the ears, nose, throat, larynx, salivary glands and neck. The Outpatient Department also includes a fully equipped laboratory specialising in hearing loss and vertigo, where the following tests are performed: audiogram, tympanogram - acoustic reflex testing, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, warm - cold ear irrigation, electronystagmography. Nasoendoscopy is yet another option which enables the doctor to examine the patient’s nose, throat and larynx, using either a flexible or rigid endoscope, and to acquire images of the findings.
Pediatric ENT department
Apart from clinical examinations, we also perform hearing tests on newborns, infants and children, using otoacoustic emissions and auditory brainstem response (screening method), and we investigate hearing loss and/or speech delay in children with the use of auditory brainstem response and drug-induced sleep endoscopy.
ENT surgery
In our well-equipped operating rooms we perform all sorts of ear-nose-and-throat operations, both open and endoscopic, on adults and children (ears, nose, paranasal sinuses, throat, larynx, salivary glands, neck).
