Patient Admission

Admission takes place at the Reception. Upon admission you will be asked to provide your personal details, such as your name, occupation, address, telephone number, family status, Social Security Number (AMKA) and insurer, and also present your ID Card.

We suggest you leave any valuables at home. Our Clinic is not liable for the loss of personal items. Alternatively, you can give them to the person accompanying you at the time of admission or hand them over to the Reception on level -1 for safekeeping in a safe.

At a later stage during the admission procedure, a healthcare plan (by obtaining your medical history, and performing laboratory or imaging exams where needed) is implemented, in accordance with the instructions of the Attending Physician and the Clinic’s Procedures and Protocols.
