IASO Group, in the context of the continuous improvement of its provided services, is looking to recruit for its offices in Maroussi:

Technical Services Supervisor

The position holder reports to the Technical Director and will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the daily operation of the Technical department (Team of Electricians, Practical Engineers, HVAC-R Technicians) and his/her main goal is the preventive maintenance of the equipment, the correction of any malfunctions/damages at the clinic, as well as new constructions or improvements to existing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule
• Guidance and training of technical staff
• Task planning and coordination of the teams according to the needs of the clinic
• Communication with suppliers for technical issues
• Requesting for offers, determination of spare parts needs, determination of technical specifications and forwarding of related needs to the Procurement department
• Checking for qualitative and quantitative delivery of relevant materials of the department

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 
• 5+ years of professional experience in an equivalent position 
• Specialization in the Healthcare sector is desirable
• Computer skills are necessary (Microsoft Office and Excel)
• Good command of the English language
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
