• Dr Panagiotis E. Ioannidis is a cardiologist with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias as well as in cardiac pacing, ICD and CRT implantation. He is the Director of the Heart Rhythm Center in IASO General Clinic Athens, currently classified on official national registries as one of the top electrophysiological laboratories in Greece, dealing annually with large volumes of highly specialized and complex cases.
• Dr. P. Ioannidis has clinical and interventional experience of more than 12,000 electrophysiology procedures (implantations of cardiac rhythm management devices [pacemakers, defibrillators, biventricular systems], electrophysiological studies and catheter ablations).
• Since 2002 he performs complex ablation procedures (atrial fibrillation ablation, ventricular tachycardia ablation etc.) with a remarkable efficacy and safety rate.
