We would like to inform you that the Hellenic Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (EEGE), in collaboration with IASO, is organizing the 3^rd Endoscopic Surgery Seminar on the topic: “Gynecological Endoscopy Today”, which will be held on Saturday, April 26^th and Sunday, April 27^th, 2025 at IASO Hospital.

The Scientific Director of the seminar is Mr. Theodoros D. Theodoridis, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Chairman, Hellenic Society of Gynecological Endoscopy.

In the context of continuous lifelong learning, the Hellenic Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (EEGE) has launched a series of educational seminars so as to provide insights into issues related to hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.

The subject matter of the educational modules of the seminars covers a wide range of pathologies encountered in clinical practice, by presenting the latest insights and modern therapeutic approaches. The aim is to provide answers to concerns that may arise, through constructive discussion.

At the same time, the educational sessions are accompanied by workshops , which contribute to familiarizing with the equipment and the preparation process before every endoscopic procedure. Hands-on training at workstations with simulators is the ideal introduction to endoscopy.

Specialized gynecological endoscopists and experienced instructors will analyze the principles of endoscopic surgery, particularly emphasizing the ergonomics and safety of the operating room. In addition, there will be a detailed presentation of the GESEA ( Gynaecological   Endoscopic   Surgical   Education   and   Assessment ) training program, which leads to certification in gynecological endoscopy by the European   Society   for   Gynaecological   Endoscopy ( ESGE ).

A Certificate of Attendance will accompany the seminar and Continuing Medical Education credits (CMEs) will be credited to the participants.
