We would like to inform you that IASO’s 2 ^nd Breast Clinic, in the context of the series of Scientific Events "The Expert’s Thesis" in relation to Breast Cancer Management, organizes the 3 ^rd Seminar , which will take place on Thursday, March 7 ^th, 2024 at 14:30, at IASO Hospital’s Event Hall. The Invited Speaker will be Prof Dr. med. Thorsten Kühn , Chief Surgeon of the Breast Center of Filderklinik, Filderstadt , Senior Consultant at the Breast Center of the University of Ulm, Germany, Chairman of EUBREAST e . V, Germany , Principal Investigator ( PI ) of the AXSANA study , Co-Principal Investigator ( Co - PI ) of the MELODY study , having as a speech topic: “The AXSANA study and the understanding of axillary staging via different techniques across Europe after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. – A multicenter observational study”.

Dr. Grigorios Xepapadakis, MD, PhD, Breast Surgeon, Director of IASO’s 2 ^nd Breast Clinic is the Seminar’s Scientific Director and Dr. Lazaros Papadopoulos, MD, FEBS, Breast Surgeon, Attending Physician of IASO’s 2 ^nd Breast Clinic, will serve as moderator.

The aim of the Scientific Event is the continuous medical training, the briefing of the Doctors - Associates and Health Professionals about the latest insights with regard to Breast Cancer Management, as well as the promotion of research. The Seminar is addressed to Breast Surgeons, Gynecologists, Radiologists, Oncologists, Ultrasound Specialists and Clinicians, with basic and advanced knowledge on breast conditions.
